Due to the fact Administration Manipulation is used, I went ahead and sent a fax to the head of the hospital regarding an employee of theirs. Risk Management responds to it. Apparently the person called and left a message for me to call him, But as you know, I never respond by phone.
Again, talking on the phone would be in situations like this would be another form of Adminitrative Manipulation.
There's no proof of what would be said...
