This is the response I received from Carlyn Bailey. I made this request for medical records for my mother who has been deceased for 4 years.
When I went to blessing to get the records, the record information desk worker stated that the records haven't been recorded in their file system (after 6 years) yet.
My Request for my mothers records were made 8 weeks ago prior to this email from Carolyn bailey.
I was my mothers power of attorney.
